F3 Greenwood

The continued training for BRR and last week’s boot camps really put a hurting on YHC’s legs.  Therefore I designed a amazingly simple, yet tough workout that was void of running and leg work.  7 PAX showed up and showed out.

The Thang

Mosey to Pull Up station.

30 Minutes AMRAP – (Work must be completed in order)

  • 100 Pushups
  • 100 LBCs
  • 100 Curls
  • 25 Pullups

10 minute AMRAP – (Work must be completed in order)

  • 50 Bent over rows
  • 50 Big Boi Situps
  • 50 Bench presses
  • 10 Burpee Pullups

COT/BOM

  • Awesome to see LiteBrite, unfortunately he was expecting a typical run oriented workout provided by YHC.  Sorry for the curveball there and hope the injury heals.
  • Another solid number at Fury.  7-10 PAX is a solid group IMO at Fury.
