YHC has been absent from the Q sheet for a fair amount of time but decided it’s time to step up on a regular basis and practice leading from the front.
YHC shared how this workout was about overcoming fears we have, YHC recalled his first appearance at a F3 workout in which an Indian run took place that YHC wasn’t sure he would ever recover from.

A cluster of an Indian run – YHC did a semi-terrible job explaining to the 2 groups which direction to go and how to navigate around the Shipyard before returning to the worksite
TheThang – YHC admittedly stole this workout concept from the 12 days of Christmas done back in December but modified input into 12 days of summer
1 – 400m run
2 – 2 merkins, 2 decline merkins, 2 incline merkins (so is this day 2 or day 6?)
3 – big boy sit-ups w/ coupon
4 – coupon swings
5 – box jumps
6 – v ups
7 – burpees
8 – reverse crunch w/ 20 secs of 6″
9 – coupon rows
10 – whirley boys
11 – alpos
12 – ManMakers
