F3 Greenwood

I’m typically not a very creative person.  Sometimes I am considered witty and fast thinking, but creativity does not come easy for me.  That said, I typically troll around on the F3 website looking for a workout to steal, I mean borrow, from another back blast.  Yesterday I stumbled across a workout that was cleverly named the Fat Angie Sandwich.  At that moment, I felt obligated to perform the workout or some variation of it.

Only 3 PAX in attendance, but that provided for a quickened pace as we were able to avoid a log jam on the pull up bars.

25 Burpees
50 Pull-ups
Bear Crawl to the woods (~25 yards)
100 Merkins
Duck Walk back to pull up bars (~25 yards)
100 Squats
Bear Crawl to the woods (~25 yards)
100 Big Boy Sit-Ups
Sprint to pull up bars (~25 yards)
50 Pull-ups
25 Burpees

PAX finished a bit early so we added the following work:

100 Block Curls

100 Block Bench Presses

25 KB swings

COT/BOM

  • Great work by three dedicated PAX
  • #followtheplan or is it #trusttheplan (?)
  • YHC caught some grief for including a tiny bit of leg work in the workout.  My bad.
  • Be on the lookout for a land speed record 5K tomorrow morning.
