3 Ring Sad Clown Circus
First Ring:
AMRAP 1: Set 1 (with Coupon) – 20 Block Curls, 15 Overhead Block Presses, 10 Blerkins then sprint up hill, touch the fence. Rinse and repeat – 10 minutes.
Set 2: On your 6 – 20 Block Presses, 15 LBC’s (with or without Coupon), and 10 Blerkins, then sprint up the hill, touch the fence. Rinse and repeat – 8 minutes.
Mosey to the Football Field. (Leave the Coupon at the shovel flag)
Second Ring:
AMRAP 2: 4 corners on the Football Field. Sprint full length of the football field field, walk or mosey short ends. At each of the 4 corners, do 10 Monkey Humpers, 10 Squat Jumps, and 10 Merkins. 10 minutes.
Third Ring:
Mosey to the Volleyball Court. Count off into teams of 1’s and 2’s. Team 1 on one side of the net. Team 2 on the other side.
Beach Volleyball BurpeeFest: One simple rule. Keep the volleyball off the ground. When the ball hits the ground, all PAX stop and do 8 Burpees. 10 minutes.
It should be noted that all PAX gave 110% on the Volleyball Court. Half-Stitch actually sacrificed his body and dove for the ball, while getting kicked in the head by the FNG.

Announcements: Juggernaut informed everyone of the Convergence at the Genetic Center on October 3rd. He also encouraged everyone’s participation in the Mud Run. Coack K also invited everyone to the Third F bible study each Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p,m. at Northside Baptist church
Prayer Concerns: X-Ray asked the PAX to pray for his son, who injured his knee in a football game Friday night. Judge Judy mentioned a family friend who was in Emory Hospital in Atlanta. Warden also sought prayers for a 61 year old lady who was struck in the head with a Sea Do and passed away recently.
