When I signed up for this Q, I wanted to create a work out that maintained an elevated heartrate, used as many parts of the Epicenter as possible, and pushed the PAX physically and mentally. I think I succeeded.

Bear crawl down hill: 25 scissor kicks

Bear crawl back up the hill: 50 American hammers w/ bricks

Run to gazebo 25 dips/ 25 declines on picnic tables

Run to tennis courts 25 thrusters with bricks

Run to cage/ grab coupon- 1 round of BLIMPS w/ coupon

Return coupon

Backtrack course with bricks and repeat in reverse order.

Return bricks to cage and run to the flag.
