This being YHC second Q I wanted to be a lil early but upon arrival YHC noticed that many of the pax already there and made me wonder… Was I late?? Looking down at my watch it was only 5:08 and I was good. With about 3 mins before start time YHC looked around at the pax in the circle and got a little intimated at who had posted and wondered to myself is the WO going to be tough enough for these guys?? Oh well… 1 minute was called and off we went on our journey.

The Thang

Mosey to Hill for a lil  Burp Back Mountain. Pax 1 runs up the hill and down x 2, while pax 2 starts doing burpees. Flapjack till 100 burpees. Plank for the 6 when done

Mosey to football field for the Merkin Trail of Tears. Shoulder to shoulder in plank position and pax on the end bear crawls to other end and leads all pax in 1 merkin. Next pax bear crawls and leads in 2 merkins…Ect…You get the idea…153 Merkins were done. On a side note I believe I heard “Sparkle you SUCK!” and a few “I bet this looked good on paper” during the WO. Just so you know it didn’t look good on paper and all comments were noted and remembered.

Circle up for Howling Monkeys. Lots of mumblechatter at the start of this one, but as we went around the circle, the mumblechatter continued towards YHC and was noted. All pax hold down monkey humper position and one at a time, each pax does 10 monkey humpers. All others hold down position for the duration. YHC likes the legs #smoked!

Mosey back to the flag and while YHC was trying to get my phone working called for 25 LBC’s. Still working on my phone Woodpecker calls out YHC cause I hadn’t done my LBC’s “Don’t Q it if you can’t do it!!”

I Hope everyone enjoyed the WO and I did learn one thing if it’s never been done in F3 Greenwood there is a reason for it!! YHC really enjoyed the Mumblechatter and feedback from the pax. Until next time….
