YHC had a workout planned days in advance. However, Greenwood was hit with some torrential rain, so the usual football field was a soggy mess. Other than Mr. Bean, a soggy field would normally not deter this PAX. Heck, we’ve been through mud before. However, out of respect to Emerald High School, YHC didn’t feel comfortable damaging their field that they freely let us use. So, to Mr. Bean’s delight, YHC modified the planned workout and scripted a parking lot beatdown.
Rather than minute intervals (which was from YHC’s last Q), we did 30 second intervals. Because, as we all know, you can get a lot of work done in 30 seconds. Right, guys? So, here’s how it happened:
Conditions: 61 and humid with a little mist in the air
Disclaimer was given at the shovel flag, which was strategically placed in the grassy island, directly in front of the EHS gymnasium.
Warm-up:
SSH x 35 IC
Windmils x 20 IC
LBAC x 20 (forward)
LBAC x. 25 (backward)

Count-O-Rama: We had 20 PAX today
Name-O-Rama:
Announcements: Big Bang in Augusta for their launch this Saturday. F3 Greenwood will be leading F3 August on November 21. Make plans to attend. Blue Print encouraged the PAX to help ring the Salvation Army bell. Contact him for details. Also, a lot of 5K’s are coming up, keep your eyes opened, enter them and wear your F3 shirt!
Lite Bright informed everyone that another F3 Gear Order will be taken for F3Greenwood shirts – including camo and hopefully long sleeves this time, It should be live within the next few days. Great Christmas presents, guys!
Prayer Requests – We continue to pray for Pot Hole’s father, who is battling cancer. Round Up’s family is finishing paperwork to become Foster Parents. Pusher asked for prayers for his family.
We do have several praise reports. Baby Blue’s daughter is speaking at a National Conference in Washington, DC on sex trafficking. Pray for her as she speaks. Also, Boy George informed the PAX that his youngest daughter made the decision to accept Jesus.
Prayer: YHC led the PAX in prayer.
Devotion: YHC gave the option to those who wanted a devotion to stay afterwards. YHC challenged the Pax to become a “Matthew 25” Christian – to not just say we are Christians, but to do things that make us a Christians. And, as we do so, to act Humbly and to remember that Jesus is the blessing, and we are just instruments he uses.
Respectfully,
Judge Judy
