Short Devo/Word from YHC
Usually YHC will not go to the doctor until something becomes unbearable. Recently I finally went to the doctor got some meds and am already feeling a little better. Too many times we do the same in our spiritual lives. We had things and when we get stuck or can’t handle it we ask God for help or advice/help for other believers. It shouldn’t be this way. We should be seeking HIM first and always. Leaning and relying on HIM and not our own strength or understanding. In our weakness we are then made strong.

Well nice crowd this Saturday, a lot better then the 1 PAX I had at Fury last Saturday for my Q.
YHC can’t stress enough the importance of putting in real effort. It is better to do 5 merkins right than 20 wrong. Don’t get caught thinking you have to do a ton of reps to impress. Always cut your reps versus sacrificing form.
Some very good mumblechatter today from Smokey and Polly. Anchove noted they sounded like brothers ribbing each other.
Polly was called out by Anchove (False Start 2.0) for taking too many lunge steps during the San Antonio Shuffle. Good stuff Anchove.
Snake Oil tried to bribe Anchove to trade Block for Brick during We’re Not Worthys. The price got up to $25 at one point. Snake Oil was then ribbed by his Mother-in-Law as she walked by and noticed he was not working. Good to have you back Snake Oil hope you felt the love today.
Thanks to Roach for running with YHC to coffeterria today. Good 2.5 mile stroll at a nice pace.
