7 pax braved the cold outdoors and awoke from their cozy #Fartsacks to take on the #FountainHead run #HillsAreAlive edition. It is December and the Christmas lights line the start and finishing stretches so 32* really isn’t too bad! I mean pax were wearing shorts! It can’t be that cold! Let’s roll!

Pax meet at the #FountainHead staying in their cars for as long as possible. Pax bust out and get the lowdown on today’s route. (No surprises like Judge Judy did on the StarBuck’s 5K). Pax mosey to Pascal’s(Warm-up) Clock is set for 30 minutes of the thrill that is back and forth, hill to hill, crest to crest, steps to yellow and black sign on Cambridge Ave. After 30 min, head back to #FountainHead. Today’s return took a minor detour as Fabio wanted to make sure he reached 45 min and returned through shopping center. Naturally, all pax followed. I really think Fabio just wanted one more hill.

Great work put in by the pax today! 3 new pax accepted the challenge of the hills and came out better for it. All the pax pushed themselves and each other to #GetBetter #IronSharpensIron right? In the end, we all had our lungs and legs burning. Another #HillsAreAlive #beatdown was conquered. Well done pax…….keep getting better. The hills do not get any easier you just get stronger and faster to go farther. Enjoyed the #beatdown! Aye!
