F3 Greenwood

Here I am, getting ready to premosey at Terrapin when I get a message from the Q. Something came up (or down), and a sub was need.

Backup plan initiated.

I pondered on the playground equipment “How far should we run?”, but as other vehicles came in I realized staying within earshot of the park was best.

Here is what we did.

5:14 – Warning/disclosure

5:15 – Some standard warmup exercises

 

That thang

    20 calf-raises
    15 dips
    10 box jumps
    5 pullup
    Mosey to the top of Charles and do 20 reps of an exercise
    Mosey back and repeat

At the top of Charles we switched the exercise every 3 rounds. We did merkins, squats, and big boys. 8 rounds was the top number done by a couple pax.

This seemed to be an awesome workout on the fly. I had tweeter on my heals the entire time. I hope to be beast like him when I’m 50+.

Everyone got in some solid work at their own pace. What more could you ask for?
