Plan for today was keep dry, and we were going to gazebo if it was raining. Had all body and table work planned out with just the interim lap at 50 count being the difference wet vs. dry. Turns out Aba and Craycray were a little too anxious to get going, didn’t absorb the instructions and missed out on a few lunges in the beginning – but they made up the difference.
Funniest thing is that out of all the exercises, the 4 count flutter kicks (honestly put in as sort of filler) got the most complaints. YHC didn’t quite get there to experience the joy.
Work was done, no Merlot was spilled (but may have been close) and we inducted a new brother this morning. Great way to start the day.
