Conditions were crisp, cool, and just right for giving it all you got. Almost everyone left early but all returned in time for COT.

Not sure what everyone else did but I can say for 100% certainty, “Hill Repeats SUCK!!!!”

The announcements were pretty much a repeat of last time.

The Dam to Dam Relay is in less than a month away and there are teams looking for runners.
The Q-sheet is wide open. Leaders lead, or so I’ve been told. We just don’t have a lot of guys stepping up and leading.
