Be Resolute – 2022 Challenge
“Admirably purposeful, determined, and unwavering”
This is the definition of the word resolute. This is what we all should be striving for in every aspect of our life and in every aspect of F3. We need to be resolute in our fitness, resolute in our fellowship, and resolute in our faith. But, in order to be resolute, it takes commitment. Commitment to your fitness. Commitment to your friends and family. Commitment to your faith.
But here’s the great thing about being a part of F3Greenwood, you aren’t doing it alone. You have brothers who will BE RESOLUTE with you. Brothers who are also striving to being better husbands, fathers, brothers, and men in all aspects of our lives. Brothers who not only want to run faster, but who also want to love their wives and children better. Brothers who want to make Greenwood and the surrounding communities a better place to live. Brothers who want to see you succeed as much as you want to succeed. So, the best part of this challenge is that you need to go find 2-3 other men who can hold you accountable in being RESOLUTE. YHC knows we all have our text groups with 8-10 guys which is great. But, YHC wants you to find 2-3 and really pour into each other for the next 3 months. Really push each other. Really hold each other accountable. This is your shieldlock. These are the brothers who you are going to lock arms with as you embark on this challenge.
So, as we embark on a new year, will you choose to BE RESOLUTE with me? Will you choose to BE RESOLUTE with you brother next to you? Will you choose to BE RESOLUTE not only for yourself but for your family? It’s your choice. No one can make you do it. But you and me both know what the right choice is.

Set personal fitness goals
