Where the heck is everybody on Saturday? YHC and the 4 other HIMs that actually posted this morning celebrated 12 Days of Christmas with some different Christmas music but it sure would have been more fun with A LOT more PAX. Maybe one day, we can get back to 20 men on a Saturday.

Mosey to the coupon cage. Get a coupon (choose wisely) and head towards Flossy’s Hill. Farmer carry along the way. Changing when needed.

12 Days of Christmas

Workout went like the song. Start with day 1, then proceed to day 2 and day 1, and so on. The day is the number of reps for that exercise. After each day, we traversed Flossy’s Hill in a different way. Each time we got to the top, we did 10 SSH for Days 1-6 and 10 leg raises for Days 7-12. We also went for a lap after Day 6 around the basketball court.
Day 1 – BDE burpee – Bearcrawl
Day 2 – Block merkins (hard way) – Backpedal
Day 3 – Thrusters – Lunge walk
Day 4 – KB Swings – Crawlbear
Day 5 – Pullovers – Lateral lunges to the right
Day 6 – American Hammers with coupon – Lateral lunges to the left
Day 7 – Triceps Extensions – Bearcrawl
Day 8 – Goblet Squats – Backpedal
Day 9 – Chest Press with legs elevated off ground – Crawlbear
Day 10 – BBSU with coupon – Lateral lunge walk right
Day 11 – OH Press – Lateral lunge walk left
Day 12 – Bicep Curls

Recover was called after day 12 and coupons were returned.

What happened to Saturday BC crowds? It’s very disappointing. Saturday used to be the best day of the week. It was the one day were we all converged together and usually had a big crowd but that hasn’t been the case in awhile. What happened to making Saturday great again?
Thanks to the other 4 HIMs who braved the “chilly” 50 degree December weather this morning. There is a gun show going on this weekend at the Civic Center. We gave everyone a preview before the gates opened.
YHC shared Psalms 33:20-21, “We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name.” Christmas is a time of hope. And when we place our hope in Him, it is no misplaced.
