The Thing

“It’s Christmas Theo, So be of good cheer”.  With that said we had our first of four Christmas light and music run.  The prescribed work was 2 run paces to uptown and back.  What actually happened was 1 run pace and 2-5 fragmented run pace to the Christmas lights.

We also had 1 speed runner in Snake Eyes

All returned safe for COT

Great run this morning with the group.  The pace plan of 8:30 did not last very long this morning with the likes of Pacer and Goose.  May have been an issue with Tweeters GPS as well, given large group that was not keeping up.  I believe all were at least able to see some lights and enjoy some Christmas music.

Additional note that was discovered during the writing of this backblast.  The Food Banks Scale is broke!!  I demand a recount!
