To pull-up bars, start with 10 pull-ups and 2 Jungle Boi squats

Rinse and repeat, decreasing pull-ups by 1 and increasing squats by 2 till 1:20

Run to next path intersection

Same pattern, 20 Merkins, run to start of fence and 2 lunges

Rinse and repeat until 2:20

Run to roundhouse

Wall sits x30, then 45, then 60 count with 20 Australian Mountain Climbers after each

To the tables for 20 leg raises and 2 step-ups, repeating until 2:20 – but time ran out.

YHC was feeling tired and worn out by recent beatdowns, and this morning was going to be COLD, so primary goal was to stay warm with a reasonable workout. The bed felt a little too good as well, so the Q came in hot and came in late. Not surprisingly, HIM Abacadaba had already gotten the PAX started with the workout he had already planned (?!) for next week, so they were in the process of warming up when the Q pulled up.

Pull-ups are always a PAX favorite and YHC tries to do them most Q’s if available. Those paired with JB squats pretty much took care of the chill in the air. The rest flowed smoothly with the studs knocking out the work with ease. Had to do an audible from “hard way” to easy when the combination of leg raises and step-ups was really pulling on the hips.

As usual, my brothers showed up (earlier that I did) and showed out. Work was done by all, and no one noticed the temperature when we were done.

Appreciate my brothers coming out with me.
