F3 Greenwood

Glad to be back at the Bootcamps with the guys after Hal tried to kill us all. Definitely can tell a difference in BootCamp shape and running shape bc I can barley walk today after just one little BC.

It has been a min since I lead one so I figured I would just use everyone’s favorite workout and go with Bert. 50 burpees 400 meter run 100 Merkdogs 400 meter run 150 walking Lunges 400 meter run 200 squats 400 meter run and then back down. We did make one small adjustment at the end bc Bengay said he wasn’t tired yet so we add another 400 meter run at the end after the Burpees. I think he is just training for the next Marathon to run with me!! Y’all be good until we do it again.
