8 guys made their way to Fury to climb down the pull-up ladder.

The Work:
Run to the bottom of Fury road and back to the Pull-up Bars
Complete 10 pull-ups, then 25 merkins, 25 big boys, 25 curls, and 25 overhead presses
Then complete 9 pull-ups, 25 merkins, 25 big boys, 25 curls, 25 overhead presses
Continue this sequence until you make it all the way down the pull-up ladder.
After you complete the round of 6 pull-ups (half way down), run down to the bottom of Fury Road and back.
After you complete the climb down, run to the bottom of Fury Road and back.
If you complete the 3rd run and have time, start working your way back up the ladder.
Recover was called at 0600.

- Crayola lead the way and had enough time to begin working his way back up the ladder.
- Duggar modified. Which is a good thing. Take note men. If you have an injury don’t let that become an easy excuse to sleep in. If you can post and modify. If it’s your upper body that’s injured then replace those exercises with ab or leg work. If it’s your legs then replace those exercises with ab or upper body work. Just make sure you keep the routine intact and don’t lose more gains than necessary. Don’t let pride or laziness hold you back.
