Inspector was scheduled to have the Q. YHC finally EH’d an FNG and reached out to Inspector to see if he would be willing to keep it a relatively stationary BC due to the FNG. Inspector was starting his marathon training on Monday so he gladly gave up the Q and YHC planned something just for the FNG.

Exercises – 50 block drags, 100 OH press, 150 big boy sit-ups, 200 curls
Mosey with block to the bathroom for pass the block wall sits. We did three sets of pass the block down the line and back twice. After the first set, we did 15 merkins, we did 10 merkins after the second set, and 5 merkins after the third set. We then picked up our blocks and headed to the gazebo.

Welcome Kruger. He pushed through the workout and didn’t quit. Hope to see him become a regular.
YHC shared Colossians 3:19, “Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.” Too often we don’t give our wives and 2.0s our best. We give them the “leftovers”. The challenge is to use the drive home from work to get rid of the crap from the day and when you walk in the door to be the husbands we are called to be.
