Ok, I think everybody’s had enough of that….
Head to the cage, grab a coupon, and meet at the Round House.
The Thang- The Starfish
Starting at the Round House, mosey out to the end of the longest fence on each arm, not leg, of the Starfish. But fun fact, a starfish’s arm has hundreds of “feet”. Makes sense. Stay focused here, at the end of the arm, do the prescribed work. Mosey back. Grab your coupon in one hand and farmers carry one lap around the Round House. Swap hands and complete one more lap. Proceed to the next arm. Rinse and repeat until all 5 arms have been done with farmers carries after each arm. Do as many rounds as possible.
Arm 1- 20 merkins
Arm 2- 20 squats
Arm 3- 20 big bois
Arm 4- 10 pull ups
Arm 5- 20 lunges in place(counting both legs)
Recover.

Prayer requests/praise reports- K-Cup’s M is having the screws removed from her leg next Tuesday. Once they’re gone, they can no longer come loose. Can’t use that one anymore K-Cup.
James 1:19-21-
19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. 21 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.
We are all imperfect men. We will never be perfect this side of the dirt. We all have or have had that “moral filth” that holds us back from experiencing all that God has in store for us. Lean on a brother or be there to be leaned on. You can’t be there for another brother in his time of need if you’re imprisoned by the same thing he is trying to break free from. We have to do life together. We need each other.
NMM- March Madness is like my double edged sword. It makes me dig deep to post for my team, but when I roll up and there are 17 other studs circled up waiting to see what’s about to be dished out, then it’s a sudden reminder that this is exactly why I woke up this morning. Not one PAX showed up to do this alone. They had brothers using whatever tactic possible to get them there. I was really hoping for a big crowd. I wanted to keep us moving to work the chill off, but also have all the PAX in the same general area to keep the banter and motivation going. There were some close calls at the Round House. Some PAX went left. Some PAX went right. Some ran. Some walked. Some PAX may have bumped coupons. Who knows. In over three years, I have yet to do the Starfish, so this was as good a time as any. I believe we averaged from 2 to 3 miles of moseying around the Starfish. I don’t recall any PAX complaining about being cold. I don’t visit the Epicenter near as often as I should. There is so much real estate to use. All kinds of painful things came to mind while moseying around this morning. Some may show up on a Tuesday in the near future. Stay tuned. Until then…
