As YHC sat on my couch Saturday night after the Dam 2 Dam, and was  trying to figure out how I was going to walk the next day after the little extra mileage I did due to a unforeseen mix up by my Dam turtles transportation. I remembered I had the Q at the Turtle this week and started to think of what I could do, and I quickly knew it wasn’t going to  involve anything with legs. I started thinking about some EMOM stuff and decided I would do a meathead version of Inspector Gadget.

Weather: 43 degrees and drizzling

Warmup: 25 SSH, 25 Cut the grass

Everyone grabbed a coupon, and meant under the Gazebo for the Work.

EMOM= Every minute, on the minute do 3 burpees.

The Work: 100 Merkins, 150 Over head press, 200 Tricep extensions, and 300 Curls. Every time the beep sounded, stop and do 3 burpees and continue. Crayola finished ahead of schedule of course, and time was called at 5:58 to return coupons, and meet back at parking lot.

Devotion today was  Romans 12:2  Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal  of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
