The Work
We took off on a mosey towards Hunters Creek to begin our day. We stopped at the Entrance and did
10 Merkins
10 Squats
10 LBC’s
Then we began running again until we got to Tally Ho Drive where we stopped again to do some more work same exercises

Then we started moving again until we got down to the bottom of the Hill on Gentry Run. (This is where it got fun). We started with 11’s there with Burpees at the top of Hill and Clap Merkins at the Bottom. There was only one real way to get to the top of the Hill though so we Bearcrawled up 5 times and Back pedaled up 5 times. After we all finished we had about 20 mins left so we ran to the Big dip before the clubhouse and partnered up. One pax did abs while his partner ran to top of the hill to the big light pole and back, we did two of those so each pax had a chance to run up that hill. We then had a Indian Run all the way back. I think we had a min to spare so it ended up being a good workout. I had no idea what we was gonna do when I got there so Me and Foreclosure went on a test run at 5:15 to come up with some ideas( He was my voice of reasoning this time, he had to call me down on a few ideas) which probably was a good thing .
