In an effort to get more consistent, reclaim normalcy, and overcome some challenges in my life, YHC hopped on Q sheet where he could. No better place to Q than REDFriday. YHC doesn’t know about you, however needs a reminder that it’s not about YHC. Team, teammates, then self. YHC is third. REDFriday has always reminded YHC of that. YHC hopped on WODwell.com, found one he couldn’t remember doing at REDFriday, worked up a tasty playlist, and to the gloom YHC went… right he was meant to be…

Chicago Police Commander Paul Bauer was killed in the line of duty on February 13th, 2018 after a chase and a struggle. He was 53 years old and served 31 years on the force. RIP sir… we thank you for your service.

NMMS:

-Circled the PAX up to do the low plank together. Alpo forgot what “in silence” meant. YHC considered starting the low plank over as we were missing Pothole due to taking the Browns to the Super Bowl, however at 1:20 in, YHC didn’t think he could make another 2 minutes.

-PAX crushed this WOD! Times ranged from 17:30-21 minutes. Solid work considering the middle part of this WOD. The 4 minutes of plank and wall sit are what they are. The work takes time to do. Solid showing from the PAX.

-Some PAX took a 400m mosey post WOD while others finished.

-We circled up, talked about the hero, and the bonds formed through trials and suffering together. Main point behind doing the low plank as a unit. F3 binds men together through doing hard things. The bonds formed can’t be duplicated. Knowing another PAX has your 6, no matter what, makes living life and working through issues that can arise due to bonds already formed through adversity just hits different. YHC is grateful to be a part of.
