Announcements – IPC2020 is almost here. Get registered. Or find yourself another county to call home. Also F3ClassicCity (Athens, GA) is relaunching at the end of this month for a five week event. F3Greenwood and Inspector are taking a Q down on 9/26. Clown cars will be available, logistics TBD.

*Original work called for 150 stationary lunge steps each leg, so 300 total. When Crayola is beside you and whispers “this is way too many…it’s gonna take forever…”, it’s probably a good indication that something is amiss. Audible called and quantity dropped to 200 total and 250 plank jacks tacked onto the end for balance.
The option was given to the PAX after the warmup to do the work either on the assfault or the grass(fault). Grass was the unanimous choice. After the workout we looked like a gang of unsightly cha-cha-cha-Chia pets. Or one of those festive goat cheese logs you see during that holidays that are rolled in herbs and such. Delicious. I’m still finding grass in places one shouldn’t find grass.
Tough stuff but everyone did impressive work, especially our geriatric over-fiddies. Much respect to those gentlemen. Hope I’m doing half of what these guys are doing in their fifties in my forties.
