YHC was offered the Q for Thursday at Talon, and excepted it. The mind started thinking lets do a four corner workout on the football field, so I wrote it up, and wouldn’t you know we had tropical storm like down pour that afternoon. So I decided to show up early and inspect the field, which was still soaking in all that good H2O. Decided to move it to the parking lot with the same work, just not the same corners.

Warmups: 30 SSH, 25 Cut the grass, 30 SSH, 30 plank jacks
The Work.
Four corners in parking lot with 3 specific exercises at each one. Starting in the middle of parking lot with 10 burpees chose which ever corner, and after completion of the work for that corner return and reduce burpees by 1. Repeat until finished, or recovery time.
Corner #1 Run to back of parking lot next to football field, and do 10 man makers, 20 Alpos, 30 tricep extensions.
Corner #2 Run to end of parking lot by the school busses near the road, and do 20 OHP, 30 tricep extensions, and 40 curls.
Corner#3 Run to front entrance of the school, and do 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 crunches.
Corner #4 run to covered front entrance at end of building, and do 10 Bonnie Blairs the hard way, 20 monkey humpers, 30 squats.
Most of us got to 5 burpees before time was up, was hoping to have done more but, work was done and we all got better. Returned the coupons and circled up.

Glad I ran into Polly at the store the afternoon before the Q, and glad he brought out steffi, don’t think he has ever been to my Q before. Great work by everyone who came out and wanted to get better.
