YHC had the Q at Terrapin, and wanted to bring some new toys to the AO, and after spending some time in my lab I came up with a couple new toys that I hoped the group would enjoy or hate. One toy in particular was a barbell like weight made from two old crown vic axles and brake rotors, along with a pair of medicine balls that I purchased on Facebook.
Weather: less humid than previous mornings.

The Work (Partner Stations)
-
One partner bear crawl to light pole while dragging a tire behind you, and back pedal back, while other partner does tire flips with dumptruck tire, and rotate once first partner returns.
Tricep extensions
American hammers with 8 pound medicine ball, and throw to partner in front of you.
Pullups
Big bois with 10 pound medicine ball over head and throw to partner in front of you.
Both partners carry the fabricated barbell to flag poll alternating shoulders, curl 5 times at flag poll and return alternating shoulders. Stations rotated when tire station was completed. Almost got through 2 complete rounds before time expired. There was some confusion on whether to bear crawl or sprint down to light pole, and I take responsibility for not properly explaining every station. After time expired the tires found a new home next to the coupons, and we circled up for Countarama. Announcements: That thing everyone is talking about coming Aug 1st, if you have not heard yet then you should come out from under your rock. Prayers request: Quickies health and speedy recovery. Well I would say that it was not one of my best Qs, I felt like there was a lot confusion, and We has a group did not get in a decent workout because of it. Hoping I can do better next time I Q. until then everyone continue pushing the limits. Encino out!
