Work =

Round 1 – 12 minute race against the clock. The 4 exercises were: squats, merkins, big bois, and burpees. Start with 1 rep of each and try and get through 12 of each before the timer goes off.

Round 2 – 12 minute race against the clock. The 4 exercises were: alpos, curls, overhead press, and tricep extensions. Start with 1 rep of each and try and get through 12 of each before the timer goes off.

Round 3 – 12 minute race against the clock. The 4 exercises were: jungle bois, monkey humpers, leg raises, and gas pumpers. Start with 1 rep of each and try and get through 12 of each before the timer goes off.

Nice job by all who posted this morning.  There was a lot of sweat left on the pavement at Talon this morning.
