Uncle Jessie and Duggar did a rogue Murph workout.

 

This WOD was done a few years ago at one of the first RED Fridays that I had ever been to.  I can remember thinking that there was no way possible for most people to finish this workout in a 45 minute period so what was the point.  Now, a few years later, I realize the point.  It’s about getting in as much work possible during the time that we are out in The Gloom.  It’s not so much about if I finish in the top 10%, the last 10%, or somewhere in the middle.  It’s about improving myself from where I was the week before.

 

We had a great crowd out there for RED!  Some new faces and some old faces.  But, solid work was done by all on a solid workout!
