5:15: Get some coupons and head to the pavilion.  YHC did not take the time censor Jock Jamz, so we went straight shuffle.  Anything could come out of that speaker…and it did.

Warmup: 20 SSH IC, 10 straight plank leg raises IC, 20 Cut the Grass IC, 10 side plank (r, l) leg raises IC, and 10 side plank (l,r) hip drops IC.

That Thang: Descending reps day.  Exercises include curl-press, dead lift, goblet squat, big boiz.  Sets begin at 30 reps/exercise and decrease by 5.  Upon completion of each set, Pax will run from the pavilion around the flag pole and back.

5:59: Recover.  Duder, first among equals, had arrived at pavilion ready for set of 5 at time of alarm.  Rifle carry to return coupons

PR: YHC’s wife (doing well) and Sour’s co-worker’s wife’s passing from cancer.

Good think YHC had the Q this morning, or was a high risk to be claimed by the fartsack.  Everyone was still asleep upon return home, so YHC got back in the covers and successfully returned to sleep until nearly 8am.
