“I just felt like runnin'”. The famous words of Forrest Gump is the theme for this weeks challenge. It’s pretty simple this week, track how many miles you run, walk, ruck, cover in bootcamps, etc.

Capture the COVID-19 Flag Week 4 Challenge

    Track how many miles you cover this week during runs, bootcamps, rucks, walks, rogue runs.
    Must be a minimum of 2 miles covered to count.
    All miles covered during a bootcamp count.

Scoring

    Team with most total miles covered wins the point for the week.
    Tiered bonus point scoring system

      60 total team miles – 1 bonus point
      80 total team miles – 2 bonus points
      100 total team miles – 3 bonus points
      120 total team miles – 4 bonus points
      >150 total team miles – 5 bonus points

    If during the course of the week, you achieve a Strava documented PR – 1 bonus point

Notes

    Pretty much any miles count. They can be rogue runs, rucks, etc.
    The point is to get out and keep advancing forward

YHC and the rest of the AOQ’s hope that this event is pushing some outside their comfort zones so we can all keep advancing everyday.
