Congrats on completing week 2 and kudos to those of you out there who are stepping out of your comfort zones and pushing yourself. This weeks edition will feature “moving some weight over time”. But don’t fret runners, we will have a run focused challenge next week, so hang in there with us.

For this weeks challenge, you will need a coupon and a wide open field to mark out some distance. Mark a starting line, a 25 yard line, and a 50 yard line. For those who want to “get it over with”, we will tackle this one tomorrow morning at Talon. So, here it is.

Capture the COVID-19 Flag week 3 Challenge

Scoring

1 point for each PAX that completes
Bonus point if each PAX of the team completes
Each PAX will record their time for completion of the challeng. After each PAX of a team completes the challenge, the team score will be the average score. Team with fastest average score, wins the point for the challenge.
Threshold for this challenge will be determined after everyone completes. The total average time for all of the PAX will be determined and for PAX below the average, a bonus point will be awarded.
Team with most total points, captures this weeks flag.

Notes

As always, the challenge can be completed as many times as a PAX wants during the week but scores are due to YHC by midnight on Friday, April 17th.
If a team has more than 4 PAX and more than 4 complete the challenge, the 4 lowest times will factor into the team score.

Thank you for your continued involvement in this challenge. The AOQs believe that this has been important in keeping us together and strong during this crazy time. Good luck next week.

Until next time,
