It’s been a while since I Qed a workout, since I became the AOQ of terrapin, so when Quickie asked me to Q talon honestly I didn’t jump immediately and said yes. After run to football field and grab coupon for second part of work. 3 rounds or if your Crayola do 5 rounds of 10 thrusters, 20, Alpos, 30 merkens on the block, and 40 curls. Side pedal to the other corner of field then run down to other corner and back pedal to other side and then run back to coupons. Plank until the 6th. After that we did some 60 second max rep effort.
