Begin with 10 burpees and then 1 pull up. 9 burpees and then 2 pull ups. With each round, the reps equal to 11. Continue until you’ve reached 1 burpee and 10 pull ups.

NMM- YHC was reminded after our run on Sunday that I had the Q for Terrapin. We were all wondering who had the Q, and I was the winner. I was close to showing up weinkeless, or even worse, fartsacked. Not to self, don’t fartsack. You may be the Q, so always have a weinke on hand. I wanted to stay stationary due to some hip pain I’ve had, and I also wanted to go couponless. Another note to self, make the knee taps OYO. They suck the life out of you, and I barely made it while calling cadence. We almost had an injury before I even called the first exercise. Encinoman almost put Inspectors eye out. Encinoman must have gotten the 4T shirt he was wearing out of his daughter’s closet. He was poking out of it in various directions. The biceps refused to be covered. My goal with the high/low plank and big boi combo was to roast the abs with no time for recovery. I was somewhat concerned with the amount of teeth gnashing and anguish I was hearing on the first set, that maybe sets 2 and 3 would not go over that well. But no audible. They can handle it. There was no running from a soggy crack. The ground was soaked. After about 30 big bois, you hardly even noticed it. Well, until you stood up and the breeze hit it. It was awesome to see Sunshine back in the Terrapin gloom. He came in hot as we were doing the warm up. He turned around and parked in the dentist office lot. We just figured we messed up somebody’s morning rendezvous, and they decided to go elsewhere. That wouldn’t be a first. Spartan Races are just around the corner, so we are ramping up some Spartan training like burpees, farmers carries, burpees, dead hangs, pull ups, and burpees. There will be more to come at an AO near you. It was an honor to serve you men this morning. I appreciate each of you for coming out and sharpening me and each other, while giving 100%. Quality effort men!
