Warm up: 20 Cut the grass

Pascals: 25 Merkins, 25 Jungle Boy Squats, 25 LBCs

Pull-up Bars: Cumulative – 50 Pull-ups, 50 Squats, 50 Big Bois

Lander parking lot: 25 Decline Merkins, 25 Flutter Kicks, 20 Lunge Steps (both legs)

Amphitheater behind Lander: Start at bottom – 10 Dips, 1 Squat, run to top, 9 Dips, 2 Squats, run to bottom, rinse and repeat process

Fountain: 25 Decline Merkins, 20 Box Jumps/Step Ups, 25 Flutter Kicks

Bottom of hill: 25 Merkins, 25 LBCs, 25 Jungle Boy Squats

Mosey back to Terrapin: stopped for 50 Merkins during the mosey back

 

COT and BOM:

This was only my 2nd Q in over a year so I was rusty on how much work to fit in a 45 minute workout.  But, I wanted to fit in as much as possible with a good mix of running.  Plus, I knew that there were some “proper athletes” that were going to be in attendance.  Most everyone in the group continue to chase Crayola because of the bar that he continually sets.  Solid effort from everybody there.
