After yesterday’s Mill Hill Marathon relay, I wasn’t sure what to expect when i took the Q for Sunday.  I recruited Belle to run a mobile bootcamp with me bc i knew he wouldnt be able to turn it down.  He then recruited BenGay.   Dixie Chick and Foley then decided to tag along as well.  Additionally we had a 3 pack of ruckers, a few runners, and one coffee-only guy.  We all did our thing and met back at 6:00am for a proper COT.
