Tickle-tricep extensions

Quickie – extension block presses

Bangwagon-bench presses

 

move over one slot -5 burpies

2nd round:

Bandwagon-25 curls

Pusher-alpos

Tweeter-goblet squats

Dixie Chick-kettlebells

Bengay- bent over rows

Beano- overhead presses

Mr Bean-thrusters

Blu-tricep extensions

Tickle – extension block presses

5 burpies

3rd round:   you get the picture.  was going to copy and paste each round , but will defer in order to eventually get to the end.  so 10 rounds of this completed.

Intermission- 400 hundred yard mosey (pusher estimated)

repeat 10 rounds.

this time between rotation , incorporated some ab work with some burpies.

after 2nd full rotation completed, mosied back to flag.  did high plank and LBCs til recovery.

Word: from Bandwagon- in Nehemiah, talks of how it seemed impossible to rebuild temple with blocks crumbled around, but how God could take care of the impossible.   Let that give us hope in our daily living.
