F3 Greenwood

Monday morning rolled around again.  Terrapin gathering in the parking lot, near where the flag used to be stationed.  Coupons are reloaded.  Around 60 degrees for requested leg friendly workout.  One minute warning given as YHC exited the trusty Tahoe.  Good crowd in attendance.  Disclaimer was skipped, and YHCs gloves didn’t may the trip.  Classic 80’s rock was the music.  This what happened:

3 GROUPS 3 ROUNDS, 30 SQUATS

Pax joined in groups of 3, each group was assigned 3 exercises for 3 rounds.  Then the groups rotated to another set of 3 exercises, then another- until all 3 groups completed 3 sets of 9 exercises.

The pax doing squats completed 30, then called for all pax to rotate.  While the pax doing squats did 30, the other pax completed as many as possible of the exercise they were performing.

STATION 1:  Pull-ups, Dips, Crunches

STATION 2: Jump rope, Merkins, Squats

STATION 3: Curls, OH presses, Bend over rows

Sound confusing?? I guess you had to be there.

For the last 10 minutes, pax stayed in the group of 3. Pax 1 moseys to flag pole does 5 HR merkins, Pax 2 does AMAP burpees, and pax 3 jumps rope.  When pax 1 returns, he does burpees, pax 2 jumps rope and pax 3 moseys and does the HR merkins.  This cycle continues until time is called.

We hid the fresh coupons behind the tree.

COT:  Announcements

Prayers:  Southern Belles friend at work having an MRI.

NMS:  Not much else to add, everybody loves the jump rope.  Gomer Pyle said that he forgot how to jump rope, so he laid it on the ground and jumped back and forth over it.  At least he tried.  Later he was seen, doing the girl skip.  Tickle jumps really high.  Pusher is clutch, probably his best exercise.  Certainly better than his squats.

Until next time, Blu is out
