Prayer requests/praise reports- Foley’s friend Debbie recovering from double mastectomy and looking at cancer treatment.

Blu wanted to pray that we get these coupons back to the cage safely.

BOM- YHC prayed us out.

Farmer carry coupons back to the cage. Crowd favorite. Plenty of lactic acid burn to go around.

NMM- I was hoping that we could get this work done before the rain set in. Luckily, what I had planned, less the farmers carry, could be done under the gazebo. As I sat in my truck looking for my music station, Duggar is assuming I had no work planned and I’m throwing a weinke together. Oh, how little he knew what was in store. But serious kudos to Duggar for showing up and doing what he can, even though he’s on the IR with his shoulder. He does a mean one armed SSH. Evidently Foley’s preworkout drink kicked in right before the warmup. He let out a series of what I can only describe as some sort of Cuban battle cry. I was a tad concerned that we may not have enough coupons due to the crowd that we had. Not enough coupons is a great problem to have though. My biggest concern was that we may have to dip into the IPC coupons in the back of my truck. All coupons are not created equally. Sure enough, we were 4 coupons short, so I got the work started and Gomer Pyle and myself were the lucky PAX to head back to my truck and retrieve 2 pair of the sinister IPC coupons. And to add insult to injury, all the gates were shut and locked. We had to take the long way around. Ever wondered what it’s like to farmers carry 2 coupons from the parking lot to the back gazebo? Well, it was a huge bag of suck. About half way there, I told Gomer that these coupons would never see the bed of my truck again. So if you ever need to know, Epicenter has 22 coupons. You’re welcome. When we returned, most PAX were on their 3rd round. Everyone was beasting out the work. Bandwagon was holding his own. It was awesome to have Koby out in the gloom this morning despite nursing an ailing foot issue. Tweeter and Quickie continue to post and get better while battling nagging injuries and pains. Guys, these are prime examples of what it is to modify an exercise and not let an isolated injury deter the progress of the rest of your body. You know your body better than anyone. If you have a foot issue but can still do abs and upper body, then stay in the groove and keep working. Anyone that has laid out for a few weeks and started back will confirm that it’s almost like starting over. Blu’s prayer was answered. All the coupons made it back safely with about 8 or 10 pit stops along the way to readjust our grip. Guys, we need Q’s across all AO’s. Step up and sign up. If you have never Q’d before, hit me up and I will co-Q with you or help in any way, as any other PAX on here would as well. Enjoyed leading this group of studs this morning.

Southern Belle is hanging up….
