The Q didn’t show up so I stepped in to deliver the disclaimer, count, and take names.

PAX were on their own for the route and the intensity.

We had a good crowd for a Friday and the number of guys participating in non-F3 CSAUP events.

Announcments:

All Saturday BootCamps will start at 7am at Talon with COT at 8am. 2.0 workouts will also be held during this time. Be prepared to lead a 2.0 friendly workout if you show up with a younger 2.0.
