Weather:  usually cool for August-60 degrees and overcast

6 pax started at various times and ran various distances.  Everyone returned safely for some coffeteria. Most of us do early serves at church so 2nd F was over by 7:30-7:40.

As typical for Sunday morning runs,  no one was Q so I counted and wrote this Backblast.  It’s cool to me that Sunday runs are relaxed with no real plan yet still gets done by who ever shows up.
