8 men got some serious work done in the gloom on the morning of June 13 at the Epicenter.
Warm Up–
25 SSHs
25 Imperial Walkers
Mosey to the baseball field for a few trips around the base paths.
4 Rounds OYO:
Lunge Walk from home to 1st – 20 squats
Bear Crawl to 2nd- 20 merkins
Crab Walk to 3rd- 20 Big Boy situps
Inchworm to home – 20 Burpees
Early finishers did ab work on their own.
This took a bit longer than expected. Inchworms were quite the crowdpleaser.
Mosey to the Gazebo to wrap up with some 21-15-9s:
Box Jumps/Step ups
Decline Merkins
Table top Leg Raises
The group completed the work with a minute or so to go so we finished with 50 calf raises OYO before moseying back to the parking lot.
Sugar appeared in the distance as we were heading back and he met up with us in COT after he completed his 9 mile run. Strong work, sir.
We counted ourselves, made announcements and prayed.
Great work today from all the men who showed up and worked through a workout that was tougher than it looked on paper.
