After playing a round of rock, paper, scissors with Bengay on who was going to Q Saturdays workout. I told him he could take Mondays Q since there isn’t a line of Paxs fighting for those wonderful Monday Qs.

Warm up: 20 Side straddle hops, 20 mountain climbers
Mosey to Landers Amphitheater and do the first round of the workout. Do 1 Burpee box jump for every concrete row to the top, come back down and repeat with two burpees, and one box jump to the top, and three burpees and one box jump. after we had a extremely fast 10 count by Southern belle and started on a Dora. Accumulative work: One partner started on 50 burpees , 100 pushups, and 200 squats while the other bear crawled up the hill next to theater. After we moseyed back to terrapin and did a 60 count wall sit, 60 count dead hang, and 40 count balls to the wall ( got to get the balls to the wall in every workout) and another 50 count wall sit. after we headed over to Gazebo and did 20 Vups, 30 flutter kicks,40 crunches, and 50 calf raises. returned to parking lot and did COT
