Kotters, runners, injured, and regulars joined for a workout that was very democratic ( something for everyone.)

Disclaimer filed and we circled up around flag to begin the warmup.
Extended cadence warm-up: SSH, cadence merkins, Imperial walkers, cadence merkins, squats, cadence merkins, etc…….down to cadence merkins of 3. Then , after a repeat of SSH, we did a 10 count cadence merkin to end the warmup.
Those who could, ran an Indian run around school. last man did 3 burpies, then ran to front. Those that could not, mosey to blocks to lay out all blocks for group when returned.
Partnered up since not enough blocks. Began a partner rotation of one person doing block work and partner doing variety of abdomen work.

For those that could , line up at edge of parking lot for suicides. Each time back from ascending light poles, do 10 plank jacks.
Recircle up: 5 minutes left. block work and abdomen work to finish.

Lot of requests for modification due to injury, so worked everyone in. did an extended warm up with merkin warm up we did at aniversary to keep everyone engaged early. To get cardio up , we took off on Indian run. When we returned , noticed we did not have enough blocks for everyone , so adjustments to my plan were made. Mumblechatter abound from Kobi who accused me of making up workout as I went. I did have an outline! Anyway, good to have Kotters such as Kobi, T-rav, and Blueprint as well as some I havent seen very much of , Villa, and one who might have been making a boot camp intro, Detour. Good seeing mixture out there.
