Great weather! Decent crowd! Foley had completed a 15 minute workout before the rest of us even started! That guy is a beast!

Warmup:

20 Side Straddle Hops

20 Hillbillies

15 forward and reverse arm cicles

20 alternating should taps

The Thang: Five bear crawl block drags then 5 man-makers. Leave the block where it lays and then run back and do 3 merkins and 3 squats, ascending by 3 on each return trip.  Rinse repeat until the whole distance is covered. YHC’s last set was 18 merkins and squats.

Mosey to the roundhouse: Then 21, 15, 9 rep scheme on block pull through merkins and block step ups. After each round go BTW for a minute. Shoulders were smoked after this!

Mosey to the pull-up bars. PAX were admonished to work fast as the clock was ticking. We did a quick “Fran” 21-15-9 of pull-ups and thrusters. Foley asked for a demo of a thruster, YHC explained it was a “front squat into a press” to which tickle shared that was really two exercises. All pushed hard and we returned the blocks and headed back to virtual flag pole!

PAX were admonished to get on slack and not be slack about making improvements in our lives and not being content with living in low level suckdom!

Very fun morning, great group of men, it reminds me why I walk through my garage gym at my house to spend time with these men in the gloom! Great days ahead for F3 Greenwood!
