Weather: 56* Wet start with no rain, mile 1 – light rain, mile 2 – moderate rain, mile 3 – heavy rain, mile 4 – No rain but it didn’t matter if it was raining or not. Our feet were wet.

YHC arrived about 30 seconds late. Those that know me are not surprised. I thought about the run route on the way to the Fountain. My first post to a boot camp in a long time the day before had me leaning to as little hill work as possible. The three pax looking at me when I jumped out of the truck suggested a Monday out and back route. It’s a very slight grade. No argument from me. Let do the Montague grade. That sounds better than out and back. We all posted to bootcamps the day before.  Apparently they were feeling it too.

Announcements:  This weeks Saturday bootcamp is at Epicenter. Dam to dam registration opens today. 5k at Greenwood Christian tomorrow.

Prayer: Beano really laid one down this morning. Thanks brother!!

NMM:  I’ve had a good week of F3. YHC posted four out of five days this week and was the Q on two.  My biggest fear of Qing is the prayer. I have never done a public prayer. My heart knows the words but my mind has a phobia of expressing them.  Maybe one day I can overcome it. Those of you that lead prayer time during COT are truly a blessing. I have posted to a workout just because I wanted to be there for prayer during COT.
