Conditions- 35° and chilly

I met Inspector at 6:30 to get in a quick 5K. This was Inspector’s first “run only” post in over 6 months. As expected, he killed it. And little did I know that he would drop it down a gear and motor up Sports Break hill like something was chasing him. Nice work Inspector! I did notice that the sweat had frosted up on the outside of my fleece cap for the first time this season. I do love running in the cold. As I was headed to Starbucks, I passed the trio of Encinoman, John Doe, and Rapunzel. I think I caught a glimpse of Dr. Phil and Goose rounding the corner at Walgreens. They were getting some XXL in for the upcoming Kiawah. Good to see guys getting in work wherever and whenever they can. We all share the same gloom. There was some good 2ndF at Starbucks afterward. Good coffee, good friends, and good convo. Perfect Sunday morning! No huge announcements. There were some prayer requests. We all need prayer. Pray for your brothers. Pray for them by name. We prayed it up and got refills for the road. See you next time in the gloom.
