YHC was subbing the Q for Algae, AKA Alpo, who mistakenly signed up even though he was out of town today. But, Alpo has promised to Q in the near future so make sure to mark you calendars for that one. YHC wanted to use a part of the Epicenter that is probably very underutilized and YHC has never used before and that is the tennis courts. I remember an epic Duggar Q awhile back that used the courts and while YHC is not at Duggar status, YHC tried anyway. So, here’s what happened.

As YHC was driving up, YHC realized that the flag was in the other car, so, we had to go flagless today.

The Thang
3 rounds of the following:
AMRAP Pull-ups and 50 LBC’s

Mosey to the coupon cage, secure a coupon, and proceed to tennis courts and line up along one of the sidelines.
Lunge walk in rifle carry position across the width of the court. When you reached the other side, do 10 biceps curls. After the curls, mosey back across the court and do 10 flutter kicks counting one leg only. Mosey back to coupon and repeat lunge walk. Add 10 repetitions with each trip. Repeat this until 50 biceps curls and flutter kicks are done.
Leave the block on one side and start on the opposite side. Broad jump across width of court, do 10 triceps extensions. After the extensions, mosey back across the court and do 10 mountain climbers counting one leg only. Mosey back to coupon and do 20 triceps extensions. Repeat until 50 triceps extensions and mountain climbers are done.

By the end of this, time is called and the coupons were returned.
