A brisk Sunday morning for a run.  I was a little disappointed that no one answered the call to Q the run at Piddler’s request, so I took it.  We’ve talked a lot recently about a re-commitment to all things F3.  Well the objective of F3 is to build better leaders.  Any easy way to get comfortable leading is by Q’ing a workout.  And there is no easier Q than the runs.  But i digress.  #leaderslead

My disappointment was replaced with a level of satisfaction as the workout concluded and i realized 11 PAX were present today getting better.  Good job guys.  We ran, we chatted and we laughed.  Pusher took a dump.
