Biofreeze (YHC’s dad) and YHC showed up at 5:05 to a deserted parking lot. YHC moseyed to the cage to open it up and assumed that by the time YHC returned, the normal cast of Epicenter characters would be pulling in but no one. So after we decided that the two of us would push ahead regardless, Weaver came rolling in at 5:15.
Disclaimer was given and here’s what went down.
Warm-up
SSH x 25
Imperial Walkers x 20
Mosey to coupon cage. YHC had a DORA on the schedule, so 2 coupons were secured for the 3 of us and we moseyed to the sideline of the soccer field.
The Thang
1st Round – 75 thrusters, 150 KB swings, and 225 Pullovers. While 2 PAX completed the work, 1 PAX ran to the other sideline and performed 20 monkey humpers.
AB Timeout – 50 LBC’s, 50 flutters counting each leg, 50 American hammers counting each leg.
2nd Round – 300 Bicep Curls, 375 Chest Press, 300 Triceps Extensions. While 2 PAX completed the work, 1 PAX ran to the other sideline and performed 20 air squats.
Work was completed with 2 minutes to spare. So we did 25 Big Boy’s and 25 Freddie Mercuries counting one leg to get our money’s worth.
Coupons were returned and we moseyed to the flag.

NMS
-Great work was put in by the PAX. Not much mumblechatter today as the resident talker defected to another AO this morning. YHC felt slightly betrayed.
-Philippians 2:3-4 says, “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interested but each of you to the interests of the others.” A reminder to put the needs of our families and those around us first. To keep our eyes open to those around us who are in need.
Until next time,
