Small crowd this morning but we worked out some soreness from the Week 4 Iron Pax Challenge. One thing that the Iron Pax Challenge has taught us is to get out of the comfort zone and get after it. Many Pax were challenged and could see where they stood relative to others their own age and physical ability. Life is about comparisons and this definitely helped me. I know I need to push myself harder to get better. Here’s what went down this morning at the Shipyard.
Three Pax showed up for some solid work. We started with a warm-up lap around the school.
